November Wooded Charm at Lydia Mountain Lodge

Jody and Shejal’s November wedding at Lydia Mountain Lodge was an elevated soiree swept up in autumn mountain views. Wedding planners from Champagne Wishes orchestrated the seamless day. The couple stunned in a chic white suit and intricate white layered gown. A gentle closed-eyes first touch in the woods unfolded on crunching autumn leaves, holding hands back to back before turning to see each other and sharing smiles, whispers and intimate hugs.

Photographers with Melissa Diane Photography captured details in an heirloom compass, leather vow books, special cufflinks and the couple’s sneakers embroidered with their wedding date and Just Married on the soles. Guests took home mini puzzles signed by the couple as party favors, letting them know they were a “piece of our love story.”

Pink Peony Floral Design set the day in brilliant shades of vibrant violet, cobalt blue and soft lavender. The intimate ceremony perch invited guests to soak in bottomless Blue Ridge Mountain vistas framed by a rustic oak ceremony arch and wine barrels adorned with soft blue florals and fragrant violet and lavender blooms.

A shining reception unfolded in the stunning Lydia Mountain Lodge Event Hall. Stone and wood accentuated the crisp white and bright blue and purple linens under glowing chandeliers while the professional in-house catering team served a delicious meal of vegan spring rolls, caprese skewers, herb seared chicken and sliced sirloin accompanied by delectable country sides and a table offering a trio of petite wedding cakes and delicate macaroons.
