Planned to perfection by seasoned wedding planners with Erin Cleveland Events, the couple's ivory and gold affair effortlessly blended timeless elegance with sparkling winter grace.

The historic Virginian Hotel in downtown Lynchburg provided a breathtaking backdrop, its grand staircase adorned with a lush garland of fresh greenery, white and red roses, and burgundy accents. As guests arrived, they were greeted by a chic gold-lettered welcome sign that set the tone for the evening's festivities.

Inside the elegant ballroom, reception tables were dressed in soft cream linens, gilded chargers, and crystal glassware, creating an enchanting ambiance accentuated by glowing candlelight. The couple exchanged vows in a classic ballroom, while photographers Hunter and Sarah Photography captured each moment with a timeless, natural aesthetic.

After the emotional ceremony, guests sipped on signature cocktails and savored hors d'oeuvres as the newlyweds stole away for intimate couple's portraits.
